Biography
Life as an orphan on the tough streets of Tijuana wasn't easy, but if Pedro was pressed to define one of his strengths, it would have to be his adaptability in the face of adversity. In his short life - God forgive him - he has done some unspeakably violent things, but all of it was in the name of survival.
It's not like he really wanted to hurt anyone, but business is business. Besides, running drugs to America was a dangerous profession, and he was good at it, all the way up until the moment he had been caught by the DEA.
They offered him a deal. He adapted, in spite of knowing what the cartel did to snitches. They promised him witness protection, though, and the start of it began in a safe house in Boulder, Colorado as they awaited trial.
His DEA handlers were nice enough, that is, until Agent Jeffers went loco and tried to chew the face off his partner, Agent Tyler, right in front of Pedro's eyes. This was a Día de Muertos like he had never seen before as the agent bit his partner again and again, even after being shot enough times to take down a bull.
Only through careful application of a sledgehammer from the garage was Pedro able to stop the attack. Tyler was badly wounded, and needed help fast, only when Pedro went to try the phone, he found the line was dead. He ran into the streets, looking for the closest cop he could find.
The black and white cruiser parked in front of some diner called Larry's looked so promising . . .
