Returns language prefix of the current page if it's valid language.

• {{langprefix}} on Ru/Info_target becomes Ru/
• {{langprefix}} on Sk/Info_target becomes Sk/
• {{langprefix}} on Dota_2_Workshop_Tools/Addon_Overview/Addon_Creation becomes nothing just empty string
• {{langprefix}} on Ko/Dota_2_Workshop_Tools/Addon_Overview/Addon_Creation becomes Ko/
